- Upload or transmit harmful code, files, or scripts
- Misuse any information published on the website
We reserve the right to restrict access for users who violate these terms.
3. Service Requests & Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not establish a client–investigator relationship. A formal agreement must be signed before any investigation begins.
We reserve the right to decline service requests that are unlawful, unethical, or conflict with professional obligations.
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information related to the case
- Request services only for lawful, legitimate purposes
- Not use any findings to harass, defame, or unlawfully harm another party
- Understand that investigative outcomes cannot be guaranteed
Providing false or misleading information may result in service termination.
5. Service Limitations
While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, certain findings may depend on third-party data availability, environmental conditions, or legal constraints.
TraceAI Investigations Ltd is not liable for:
- Outcomes influenced by incomplete or inaccessible information
- Client decisions made after receiving investigative findings
- Delays caused by factors outside our control
6. Fees, Payments & No Trace, No Fee
The complete scope, total price, applicable taxes, mandatory charges and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before work begins. No additional travel, verification, third-party or other disbursement will be incurred without prior agreement.
Fixed-scope and lower-value services, including standard People Tracing where No Trace, No Fee has not been agreed, Occupancy Verification and Standard Background Intelligence, are normally payable in full before work begins. Urgent work and agreed external expenses may also require payment in advance.
Enhanced or complex Background Intelligence, Surveillance, Corporate or Legal Investigations and other extended or operational assignments are normally payable 50% to begin and 50% at the agreed milestone. The remaining balance is normally due before final evidence or the completed report is released. Any different arrangement will be confirmed in writing.
No Trace, No Fee is available only on eligible standard people-tracing instructions and must be expressly confirmed in writing before work begins. The written instruction will define the required result, verification standard, professional tracing fee and any separate third-party costs or disbursements. A successful trace means the agreed result has been established to the stated verification standard and the relevant findings have been supplied securely.
Enhanced, complex, international, historic or field-based enquiries may not qualify. No Trace, No Fee does not apply unless it has been expressly agreed in writing.
If the client changes the scope, any revised price or payment schedule must be agreed before additional work begins.
Cancellation and refund requests will be assessed according to the work completed, committed operational costs, agreed disbursements and any applicable consumer-cancellation rights. Nothing in these terms restricts the client’s statutory rights.
